Since Newcastle was our home for the last 6 years, the Hunter Valley seemed like the obvious choice for our celebration. On October 25th 2025 we’ll be saying ‘I do’ at Enzo’s, with the ceremony kicking off at 4pm in the chapel and the festivities following soon after. Please channel your inner Maddi by arriving fashionably early.

Yes, there are many great options in the Hunter Valley. A few we’d recommend are Ironbark Retreat and Villas, Berenbell Vineyard Retreat, Hunter Valley Resort + Farm, Spicers Guesthouse, and Leisure Inn Pokolbin Hill. Book early to secure your stay!
Onsite parking is available for guests. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, as Uber services are limited in the Hunter Valley.
If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a contribution to our wishing well would really make our day. We will have a wishing well on the day at the reception.
